Senior External Auditor (Ref: 07/22/EA001)

Job Description & Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic individual as Senior Auditor in our audit practice, to provide a range of assurance, compliance, and related services to our growing portfolio of clients in the UAE. You will be responsible for planning and executing assurance engagements, supervising fieldworks, audit conclusions, discussing findings and observations with the management during exit meetings, reviewing and finalizing staff work papers, preparing deliverables / financial statements, and preparing/reviewing written audit reports. This position will also require you to provide routine client service assistance such as advice on best practices.
Essential requirements
Educational Requirements and Certifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Major in Accounting a plus.
- Must hold a professional certification: CA/ ACCA/ ICAEW/ CPA. Other related accounting professional may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of audit firm experience in the areas of external audit in the UAE, preferably with large accounting / auditing practicing firms.
- Prior knowledge & experience of VAT compliance in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Must hold a professional certification: CA/ ACCA/ ICAEW/ CPA. Other related accounting professional may be considered.

Job Description & Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic individual as External Auditor in our audit practice, to provide a range of assurance, outsourcing and related services to our growing portfolio of clients in the UAE. As an External Auditor, you will be responsible to collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings highlighting issues and providing potential solutions, prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning and perform other job-related duties as necessary within the scope of the engagement.
