Salman brings 17 years of experience to JRB working with both private and public companies in the UAE. Salman gained his experience while working for clients from large family-groups and diverse range of organizations in industries, including insurance, banks, real estate & RERA, construction, hospitality, manufacturing, trading, technology, and healthcare. Salman has extensive experience in the field of audit & assurance, compliance, advisory, reporting & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), obtained as a result of working and managing a wide portfolio of public and private clients. His broad expanse of international and local experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to the clients he services whilst enabling them to grow.

Previously, he has held senior management positions with leading global accounting & consulting firms. He is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Certified Compliance and AML officer.

During her career spanning over almost 2 decades, Rashmi has gained extensive exposure with a prime focus on strategic guidance and critical thinking. Her expertise lies in accounting, auditing, taxation, risk management, advisory and allied service lines such as due diligence, fraud, and dispute investigations. During her career she has had intensive exposure to accounting and audit of these sectors. Rashmi has worked on an array of sectors such as hospitality and leisure industries, manufacturing, shipping, consumer and retail (ecommerce, F&B, consumer durables et cetera), healthcare and not-for-profit organizations.

Prior to joining JRB, Rashmi has worked for a decade in the UAE and was associated with firms which were ranked amongst the Top-10 globally. She also led the VAT Impact assessments for Clients belonging to various industries in the UAE. In India, she ran her own independent practice wherein taxation was at the very core. She has vast experience in areas of Direct Taxes and was representing Clients in India at the first appellate stage and also before Tax Tribunals.
